We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect.

The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
