With our all Bloom Gel you can now create the perfect effect. Draw a thin line and watch the magic happen.
- Used with primer, base coat gel + gel color + bloom gel + top coat gel to get the blooming effect.
- Cure under LED/UV light, Cure Time, Average for LED light 30-60 seconds,
UV light 1-2 min.
Easy to soak off.
