3D Rubber Top Gel (15ml) has been specially formulated to
accompany our gel color range and builder gel range, to allow
more flexibility to prevent chipping or cracking and giving a thick
mirror finish.

It is a non-wipe & anti scratch top coat; therefore, once applied
you don›t need to cleanse tacky layers its good for encapsulating
glitter and can be used as an adhesive for nail art stones.
